Enclave Voice
A voice enclave is a meeting place for voice conferencing up to 4 users using VOIP. No SIP registration is required. Enclave Voice is a completely self-contained VOIP product--no additional fee/software/account/registration is required.

A 4G or WiFi/DSL connection is recommended; however a solid 3G connection can also be used. If your phone connection is weak, placing the phone down on a solid surface (not moving or holding the phone) will help the phone maintain communication.

Any user can create an enclave; it simply must be uniquely named among all currently running enclaves. A password is optional. Other users join the enclave using the previously communicated enclave name and password. Per device enclave creation is limited to one each 10 minutes. Enclaves automatically expire after 10 minutes of inactivity.

The mobile device either records or plays (not both at the same time) so participation in the enclave consists of one user talking at a time--similar to live conversation. If any user's background noise is excessive, he should use the mute option within the app to avoid flooding the conversation with just his background noise.

The bottom of the app screen shows a green RECORDING when recording, and the name, in white, of the user who is speaking when playing. A user must speak loud enough (and wait for the playing from another user to finish, if any) to activate the green RECORDING indicator at the bottom of the app screen; otherwise his voice is not being recorded.

Users without an unlimited data plan and not using WiFi should be aware that the app will use up to 10KB per second if sending or receiving voice continuously.
