Approved Shopping Cart User Message
If you get the following message when checking out: "The recipient of
this shopping cart link is not an approved shopping cart user..." then your browser settings
are too strict to allow the PayPal shopping cart to work.
To fix the problem, add www.paypal.com to your list of trusted sites.
In Internet Exzplorer, for example, use the Tools | Internet Options |
Security | Trusted Sites page.
Card Verification Failed Message
If you are having problems getting the card verification process to succeed during payment,
make sure the billing address you are entering for your card
matches the actual billing address of the card account. For company-issued or government-issued cards, for example,
this billing address must match the official card account billing address and will not be the same as
your shipping address.
