Return Policy:

New Controller
The controller now supports both automatic reset and moderator reset modes.
When a player buzzes in, his light stays lit and everyone stays locked out for an
adjustable duration, from just seconds to over a minute, depending on where the
controller dial is set.
At any time the moderator can also press the reset button to cut the answering time short.
For moderator reset mode, the dial is turned all the way to the right and all
the players then stay locked out (and the winner's light stays lit) until the moderator presses
the reset button.

Player cords are 10 feet long. Six-player complete systems and larger also have two free 10' controller extensions.
